The GRATEFUL DEAD "Live In Concert" February 22, 1969 at the Dream Bowl, Vallejo, California, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Classic 69' GRATEFUL DEAD "sound", from Vallejo?
Yup, from Vallejo...Vallejo must have been wild in 1969...bikers, etc... Vallejo is still pretty wild and crazy, and broke.
Dark Star starts out with Jerry playing acoustic guitar...
1969 GRATEFUL DEAD is free from commercialism, free from stadium music, it's the underground as it sounded in 1969, before commercial success.
This show is a must have for all collectors of 1969 GRATEFUL DEAD.
